Other reasons to get into the sport aside from the sheer enjoyment are the social and health benefits it provides. A day out shooting involves walking in fresh air. Time out in the countryside away from the hustle a bustle of the towns and cities. It gives you a sense of freedom and a chance to switch off from the pressure of life and work. Being such a small friendly community novices are sure to meet up with likeminded people and form ongoing friendships.
